You'll know about these properties usually a day or two BEFORE they hit Realtor.com!

Here's how it works:

We will enter, save AND view your search criteria daily (sometimes up to 3 or 4 times a day!). We will typically go $5,000 over your maximum price for full exposure. 

Your initial email will contain EVERYTHING currently available within your criteria (We feel it's better for you to decide which properties look appealing, not us).  Subsequent emails will only contain the newest listings (Many times within hours of hitting the MLS!).  To view all the properties on the email, simply scroll through them by the drop down or side arrows located on the bottom LEFT of the email.  If there is a number located inside the picture, click on it to see the remaning pictures. 

When you see properties of interest, simply respond to our email with the ones you want to see and, voila!... we'll set everything up for you!

If you do not receive an email, that means nothing new has hit the market. This is an AWESOME service that has benefited many of our Buyers.  Many times, we were within the first 3 or 4 prospects to see the home.
